About Tanya

I am a wife and mother of four gorgeous children, three of which are still at home, the youngest being 10yrs old. We have a sprocker spaniel and two crazy cats that won't leave the poor dog alone (haha).

I love gardening, drawing, macrame, making things, saving money where I can and decorating my doer upper of a house.

I am a down to Earth and practical person. I am always trying to learn new ways to improve my lifestyle and always endeavour to be as happy and positive as I can, you could say trying to get the balance right!

I am easy to talk to, very open and honest, and I aim to create a safe, relaxing space for my clients.

I really love and believe in massage, I enjoy deep tissue work and never get bored of sharing how good a massage can make you feel physically, mentally and emotionally! I have been practicing since I qualified and have massaged hundreds of people over the years.

About Aaron

I’ve been fascinated by the movement, adaptability, and learning capabilities of the human body since a young age. I grew up playing as wide a variety of sports and activities as possible, and discovered early on that the most effective way I could balance and focus my mind came via developing awareness and control of my body. Studying Tai Chi came as a natural progression to that early mindset as it can be seen as solving the continuously changing puzzle of maintaining body alignment and stability through movement. I also enjoy hiking, swimming and arm wrestling among other hobbies.

Remedial and Sports Massage (RSM) has been a great journey for me to further expand my understanding of how the body functions, how it can sometimes dysfunction, and how it can subsequently return to healthy posture and movement. I’ve been very fortunate in being able to help many amazing people on their road to recovery, each of whom has also taught me something, too. I graduated from the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB) with a level 5 diploma (distinction) in RSM, April 2024.

Every person is unique as are their injuries, conditions, and pain. My aim is always to work with a client in order to develop an individual treatment plan that’s best suited for their needs and requirements.
